Biografie

Paul Dekker (1954) studeerde Politicologie aan de Katholieke Universiteit Nijmegen en de Freie Universität Berlin. Behalve hoofd van de onderzoeksgroep Participatie & Bestuur is hij ook hoogleraar Civil society aan de Universiteit van Tilburg.

Netwerken

Paul is o.a. secretaris van de International Society of Third Sector Research, vice-voorzitter van het Psychopolitics Research Committee van de International Political Science Association en lid van de Raad voor civiel-militaire Zorg en Onderzoek,  het bestuur van de Stichting Actief Burgerschap en de Stichting Kiezersonderzoek Nederland. Daarnaast zit hij in de redactie(raad) van de Journal of Civil Society, Voluntas, Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Review en het Jaarboek Marktonderzoek.
