Management department

What does this Department do?

The Management department (BV) advises and supports the SCP Board in developing and implementing the management of the entire organisation. In addition, the Management department is responsible for providing optimum support for the primary processes within SCP.

Structure

The Management department comprises the following elements:

  • Personnel management and HRM policy

  • Financial management and procurement

  • Information management

  • Administrative support / Board secretariat

  • Publishing department
