Original title: Cijferrapport allochtone ouderen.
The number of older members of ethnic
minorities in the Netherlands is growing, and the numerical significance of
this population group will increase further in the coming years. As a
result, the need for knowledge about this group is also increasing.
At the request of the Dutch Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport, the
Netherlands Institute for Social Research/SCP is carrying out a study of the
health and well-being of older members of ethnic minorities. This
statistical report contains the first general findings.
